Samuel Phillips, also known as Major Samuel Phillips, is the husband of Lady Phillips and Sarah Phillips father.
Background[]
After his service and settling down and marrying the woman, who would become Lady Phillips, Samuel gone to the Ohio region of the United States to find a good place to move the family to. He regularly writes to his daughter, who then (attempts to) relay the news to her Mom. However, with the Ohio Frontier consisting of mostly wilderness, mail service is few and far between.
